A block of hotel rooms is reserved at the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU), site of the workshop. Make IMU reservations before October 23, at which time unsold rooms will be released to the general public. The hotel is sold out that weekend so make your reservation as quickly as possible! Be sure to mention the workshop name, Advances in Organizational and Social Informatics Workshop.

Check in time is 4:00pm EST, but if your room is ready, you may check in as early as 1:00pm. Check out time is 1:00pm EST. Your reservation will be guaranteed by the Workshop but please notify the hotel if you will arrive after 6:00pm. The workshop will cover your hotel room and related taxes.

You must pay for other expenses, such as telephone calls or pay-for-view movies, when you check out. The IMU accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards as well as cash, US personal checks and traveler's checks. Parking in the IMU pay lots is free of charge to IMU hotel guests.

We may be short a few IMU hotel rooms for November 8; there is some ambiguity because the IMU may be able to give us a few more hotel rooms in the next week or two. If you call the IMU and there are no more rooms held for our workshop, go ahead and reserve an IMU room for check in November 9th and check out November 11th. Then notify us and we will make a November 8th reservation for you at a local hotel. Our reservation hold at this local hotel expires October 17, so do not delay action on your hotel reservation. We are hopeful that rooms will become available at the IMU before the workshop begins; we'll notify you if we switch you to the IMU site. We will arrange local transportation to the workshop if you do not stay on campus.
